Shipping policy

Where is my order being dispatched from?

Addresses in USA will be shipped from our warehouse in South Carolina. 
Addresses in Australia and the rest of the world, including Canada, will be shipped from Sydney, Australia.

When will my product get delivered?

Business as usual delivery

If your item is in stock it will be sent within 3 business days. Please check before ordering if you need your item in a hurry.

Items are packaged carefully ensuring they arrive with you safely.


Sale periods

During sale periods there may be delays while our packers are flat out like a lizard drinking. We will try to update our Instagram story with significant delays. You are more than welcome to check in with us (however we can't jump queues).

What will it cost to ship?

Shipping costs will vary based on delivery location and will be calculated at checkout.

Errors

Please double check the address you supply to ensure it is correct as we can't be responsible for orders mailed out to incorrect addresses.  Email us as soon as possible if you have made an error and we will try to manually catch it before it's sent. Again, no promises.
