Each piece is handmade by yours truly, in my Sydney studio. This means there may be slight variations in colour, dimensions and texture.

How do I care for my product?

To extend the life of each piece, hand washing is recommended, however, they are all dishwasher safe.  The glazes and clay used are all food safe, and each piece, when noted, is suitable for holding food and liquids. 

When will my product get delivered?

If your item is in stock in the studio it will be sent the next business day, however I often have runs on particular ranges and sell out - in which case you will be notified of the next kiln load (usually 1-2 week). Please check before ordering if you need your item in a hurry.

Items are packaged carefully ensuring they arrive with you safely.

What will it cost to ship?

Shipping costs will vary based on delivery location and will be calculated at checkout.   Domestic packages are sent via Sendle courier service.  The following are estimated delivery times:

Sydney, Newcastle, Central Coast: same or next business day

Adelaide, Albury, Brisbane, Canberra, Gold Coast, Melbourne, Northern Rivers, Toowoomba and Wollongong: 1-2 business days

Coffs Harbour, Port Maquarie: 1-3 business days

Bendigo, Bundaberg, Coffs Harbour, Geelong, Mackay, Maryborough, Rockhampton, Sunshine Coast: 2-3 business days

Cairns, Hobart, Launceston, Townsville: 3-7 business days

Darwin, Perth: 7-10 business days

Overseas orders are shipped from Petersham, NSW, 2049 via Sendle.  
Shipping takes 5-15 working days depending on your location. Large cities tend to be closer to 5 days or less, small towns in little countries can take much longer.

Overseas shipping can be delayed by up to 6 weeks depending on your countries customs. Please contact me if you have not received your parcel after this time.

All customs taxes that may be incurred by a parcel will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Please double check the address you supply to ensure it is correct as I will not be responsible for orders mailed out to incorrect addresses.  Unfortunately, we cannot mail to P.O Box addresses at this time.

What is your return policy?

I'm sorry but at this time we cannot accept refunds or exchanges without the item being returned at cost, so please consider purchases seriously.

We do accept returns and/or exchanges.
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and return items within 30 ays of delivery.
