Each mug is designed in my Sydney studio. The colour ways are all different, and the dispatch team pick what's first at hand because surprises are GREAT. You get what you get. No swapsies.
How do I care for my product?
To extend the life of each piece, hand washing is recommended, however, they are all dishwasher/microwave safe. The glazes and clay used are all food safe.
Peak Periods
During busy times (sales, launches, holiday periods), please allow up to 12 business days for dispatch. We promise we’re packing as fast as we can 🤍
International Orders - Customs, Taxes & Duties
If you’re ordering from outside Australia, any customs fees, import taxes or duties are your responsibility. These aren’t included in your order total or shipping cost.
Customs charges are set by your local authorities and vary depending on where you’re located and what you’ve ordered.
If a parcel is returned to us because customs fees weren’t paid, we’ll issue store credit (minus any return shipping costs). We’re unable to offer refunds in this situation.
Tracking, Delays & Delivery Issues
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow along.
We don’t offer same-day dispatch, everything is hand-packed with care. Standard shipping within Australia usually takes 2–7 business days after dispatch.
If your parcel is delayed, goes missing, or arrives damaged, please get in touch as soon as possible with your order number and photos (if needed), and we’ll help you sort it out.
Holiday Closure
Our studio, office and warehouse will be closed from December 20th to January 7th, 2026.

What will it cost to ship?
Shipping costs will vary based on delivery location and will be calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
