This February, I’m inviting you to do something simple but radical.

Put joy back into your everyday life - creatively

Because somewhere between getting dressed, doing the work, feeding the people, and paying the bills… joy can quietly disappear. Everything starts to feel beige. Functional. A bit oh-fuck-is-this-my-life?!

For 28 days, I’ll be creating alongside you, using weekly themes and daily prompts designed to make life feel more playful, more intentional, and more you again.

And when I say creatively - I mean anything.

Cooking. Sketching. Sewing. Writing. Music. Getting dressed. Rearranging your space. Whatever you like to play with.

This isn’t about being productive.

It’s not about being good at anything.

It is about noticing, experimenting, and choosing joy on purpose.

Why am I doing this?

Last year I felt SUPER disconnected from my life.

It was our best year yet in terms of sales at my business, but for a large part of the year I was lonely and struggling to wade through the never-ending-crap.

So I'm making a change. I want to connect with more people. I want to actively choose joy. Smooshing it into every nook and cranny of my life.

Because JOY the whole point.
